Data deletion and your rights (GDPR)

Last updated: October 15, 2026

This page explains how you can view, correct and delete your data at GoldSwap.Info. Full details are in the privacy policy.

Delete data from Facebook and Instagram

You have three ways to have the data received from Meta deleted:

1. In Facebook: open Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, select “GoldSwapInfo” and click “Remove”. Facebook notifies us automatically and we delete the data stored for your Facebook account. Facebook gives you a confirmation code to check the status of the deletion.
2. In GoldSwap.Info: disconnect your Facebook account or individual pages under “Social Accounts”. The related access tokens and data are removed from your account.
3. By email: write to mail(at)goldswap.info with the subject “Data deletion” and the email address of your account. We confirm the deletion within 30 days.

Delete your customer account

To delete your entire GoldSwap.Info account, write to mail(at)goldswap.info. We delete the account, connected pages, bots, subscriber lists and campaigns. Invoice data is kept only as long as the law requires.
